At TC Running, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your training; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is placed inside a separate shipping box.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
